Many of us come to yoga seeking a physical practice—and over time, discover so much more.

Yoga offers not only strength and flexibility but mental clarity, emotional balance, energetic connection, and spiritual insight.

For me, yoga is a way of life: a mirror between time on the mat and the ever-changing flow of daily life. It’s where I meet myself with honesty, softness, and love.

Each practice brings me home again, offering wisdom that supports me as a woman, a soul midwife, and a guide. I am forever a student, honoured to teach from a place of lived experience and reverence.

My Approach..

My teaching weaves the strength of Ashtanga with the fluidity of Hatha Vinyasa.

Guided by breath, rooted in sacred awareness, and infused with heart-based intention, I create space for both challenge and gentleness.

Expect affirmations, creative sequencing, hands-on support, and an experience that grounds, awakens, and reconnects you with yourself.
