Dying Wishes
A free resource and gentle guide to planning for the end of life
Dying well is an extension of living well...
Most of us plan for births, celebrations, careers, and futures, yet we rarely speak openly about death. Often it is left unspoken, uncertain, or entirely in the hands of others.
Creating your dying wishes is not about giving up on life. It is about living consciously, with clarity, honesty, and care. I believe, dying well is an extension of living well. When we take time to reflect on what matters most, how we wish to be cared for, what brings comfort, what feels sacred then we reclaim our voice at one of life’s most meaningful thresholds.

By naming your wishes, you offer peace of mind for yourself, and clarity and reassurance to family, friends, and loved ones.

This gentle guide is an invitation to begin that reflection at any stage of life.

Why I Offer This
My own path into this work was shaped by love, loss, and deep listening.
During my dear mum’s passing, she said many times:
“I’ve had a great life, and it’s time to go.”
Those words were a profound gift.
They taught me that living fully and dying consciously are not separate paths.
As a Soul Midwife and End of Life Practitioner I offer this guide to support you, and those you love, to enter these conversations gently, openly, and on your own terms.
