Grief Support
Honouring Grief, as a Pathway to Healing
Grief as a Sacred Path..

There is no one way to grieve. Your journey is yours - tender, sacred, and deeply human.

Grief may arrive suddenly or live quietly within us for years. It can feel raw, silent, chaotic, still, confusing, or strangely calm. There is no “right way” to grieve - only your way.

I offer intuitive, heart-led support that honours grief as a sacred passage - not something to fix, but something to gently tend. Drawing on yoga for grief, sacred oils with guided meditation, release and forgiveness ceremonies, and my counselling background (Choice Theory & Reality Therapy), we create space for whatever needs to be seen, felt, or released.

Here, grief is met with compassion, ritual, and presence - allowing it to soften, move, and eventually, transform.
Ways I Can Support You
Grief asks different things of us at different times - comfort, release, grounding, meaning, courage, quiet presence. There is no single path through it. I offer intuitive, gentle support through three heart-led practices - designed to honour your unique grieving journey with compassion, ritual, and embodied care.

Yoga for Grief

Sacred Oils and Guided Journeys
Gentle movement, breath, and stillness to help you feel, release, and rest.
Yoga for Grief supports the emotional body through calming postures, breathwork, and deep rest.
A tender space to soften, ground, and gently reconnect with yourself.
A sensory journey into healing, memory, and emotional release.
Working with sacred oils, visualisation, and intuitive meditation, this practice opens the heart, soothes the nervous system, and invites comfort, clarity, or release.

Release and Forgiveness Ceremonies
A sacred space to soften what feels heavy, honour the soul-wounds, and gently invite peace.
Ceremonial support for emotional release, unspoken truths, and heart-softening - creating space for forgiveness, or simply deeper understanding and ease.
Each pathway may be experienced as a one-off session, a thread of ongoing support, or as bespoke ceremonial work.

If you feel called to explore what may be most nurturing for you or your loved ones, I invite you to connect for a free, gentle consultation as a first step toward peace, clarity, and sacred presence.
A Sacred Pause...
Grief is not a moment to move through,
but a landscape to walk with care.
It asks not for fixing,
but for presence.
It may arrive raw, loud, or silently -
but always sacred.
Here, tenderness becomes truth,
and love learns how to hold what cannot be undone.
In this space, we don’t rush to make sense of sorrow,
we simply listen -
and let it speak its own language of healing.

Yoga for Grief
Gentle movement, breath, and presence to help emotions soften and flow...

Restorative and yin postures for emotional release

Testimonial:
“Ruth gently tailored each Yoga for Grief session to where I was emotionally and physically. With breath-led movement, sacred oils, and space to talk and be heard, I began releasing the heaviness I was carrying - both in my body and heart. Each session helped me feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to my own process.”

Testimonial:
“Ruth created a sacred and deeply personal space for me. She blended a beautiful oil just for me, it felt like she had captured exactly what my heart needed. During the guided journey, I felt calm enough to finally listen to my own grief, rather than fight it. I now use the oil in quiet moments of remembrance and feel more connected, supported, and at peace. It was a soft turning point for my healing.”

Testimonial:
“The forgiveness ceremony with Ruth was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. It was gentle, powerful, and deeply respectful of my story. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed, instead, I felt safely held as I let go of guilt and heavy layers I had been carrying for years. It felt like opening a window in my heart that had been closed for too long.”
